Dental Care Plus (DHMO)

Dental Care Plus is a pre-paid dental product available in a variety of plan design options with provider networks in all core DCPG markets. Members must see a network dentist for treatment to be covered.

Ninety-five percent of practicing dentists in greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky are in the HMO network. Networks in other newer core markets – such as Louisville, Kentucky and the greater Miami Valley -- are also solid to strong.

Product Features:

• Available as a fully-insured product for groups of two or more as well as a self-funded option for groups of 50 or more.
• Claims payment is transparent – to the employer, member and dentist.
• The member does not need to file claims. There is no balance billing.
• HMO shelf rates are available for employers of two to 19 in Ohio and Kentucky.
• Members are automatically enrolled in a vision discount plan.
