DentaSelect Plus (DPPO)

DentaSelect Plus allows members access to dentists outside of the DCPG network, wherever they live, work or travel domestically. Whether the member chooses an in-network dentist or an out-of-network dentist, the member is covered by his/her DentaSelect plan. For members who want to minimize out-of-pocket expenses, DCPG offers solid to strong networks in all of our core markets. Not available in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton or Warren counties in Ohio or in Boone, Campbell, Kenton and Pendleton counties in Kentucky.

Product Features:

• Available as a fully-insured product for groups of two or more, as well as a self-funded option for groups of 50 or more.
• No late entrant waiting period.
• Claims payment is transparent to the employer, member and dentist.
• Members do not need to file claims for in-network service. There is no balance billing for in-network claims.
• Members are automatically enrolled in a vision discount plan called Total Vision Services.
• A range of out-of-network reimbursement levels is available to foster sustainable premiums year-to-year and to balance the cost of out-of-network choices to the employer and members who choose in-network providers. Click here for more information
• PPO shelf rates are available in designated counties for employers in Ohio of two to 25 and two to 25 in Kentucky.
