Note to Dental Care Plus (HMO) members:
For dental treatment to be covered by your dental insurance plan, you must see a dentist within the network. DCPG adds dentists every week and the provider network data is updated within 24 business hours upon receipt.
If you do not see a dentist listed on our network, and would like that dentist to consider joining, please contact DCPG Provider Relations ( 513-554-1100 or 800-367-9466) to request that the company personally contact the dentist to convey your request.
You will need to call Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Provider relations will need your name, the number of people in your household who see that dentist and the name of the dentist; as well as the town or city where he or she practices. |

Note to DentaSelect Plus (PPO) members:
You have the option of seeing a dentist in or out of the network. Choosing an in-network dentist generally limits your out-of-pocket costs considerably.
Dental treatment from a dentist who is not in the network is covered, but the member could experience greater out-of-pocket expenses. DCPG offers a median cost estimator (showing median costs by zip code) on the member services portal(register here) to help members determine what dentists in any particular neighborhood typically charge for specific dental treatments. DCPG reimburses at the region’s 90th percentile, so the remainder of what a member may owe is reasonable, and possibly negotiable.
